SOLANO CHRISTIAN ACADEMY BOARD OF DIRECTORS

 
John H. Reed has been affiliated with SCA since 1980, became a Board member in 1995 and currently serves as the President of the Board.  He and his wife Renee have two sons who attended SCA.  John holds a B.S. in Business Management; is a Business Consultant and is the President of SOMOS (We Are) Unlimited, Inc.  John’s Board contributions include Long-term growth and development, organizational effectiveness, coaching, consulting, and management.


 Pat Bezzerides served for twenty-nine years in Christian education with twenty-six of them at Solano Christian Academy teaching Bible, language arts in middle school, third grade, and administration.


 C.W. Sawyer was born in Texas and worked for Gulf Oil for 19 years and Chevron for 15 years in accounting. He retired from Chevron and then went to work for the Fairfield-Suisun Unified School District for 6 years in benefits accounting. He has served on the SCA school board for 9 years. He has been married for 37 years and has 2 grown daughters.


 Patricia A. Simmons has been a member of the body of Christ since February 17, 1988.  Ms. Simmons has been on the SCA Board for 1-1/2 years.Ms. Simmons received her law degree from the University of San FranciscoSchool of Law and her BA in psychology from the University of California, Berkeley.  She is the sole proprietor of the Law Office of Patricia A. Simmons, 1652 West Texas Street, Fairfield, CA. For the past 15 years she has worked in the areas of probate, estate/trust administration, drafting wills, trusts and durable powers of attorney, conservatorships, guardianships and adoptions.  For seven years she served as Court Appointed Attorney in juvenile matters which include juvenile dependency, as well as delinquency matters.  Ms. Simmons is also a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) for minors.

Ms. Simmons is a mother of two daughters and has two grandchildren.

 

 

  Michael Moshier M.D. has been a practicing Family Medicine Physician in Fairfield for over 24 years. Currently he is with Sutter Regional Medical Foundation. He has been a member of the Fairfield Church of Christ for 24 years and a member of the Audubon society. He is married and has 2 children

 

 

 

 

 

 Stinn McDaniel received his Bachelor in Music Education from The University of Oregon in 1982. He has been teaching in California since 1984. In 1985 he received his Fifth-Year from Sacramento State University. In 1993 he completed National Certification in Orff Schulwerk at Mills College. In 2007 he started serving on the SCA Board. He and his wife, Lindita, have two boys.



 Maxine Peebles has been a member of the Church of Christ for 67 years. Before retiring, Maxine worked for 22 years in the real estate field.
